As SlickDog reports on DC, and from source, source, and source, Izumi Konata's house is going to be reproduced in Satte City!!! With help from fans, it will open this spring! They will try to reproduce all the furniture as well as have an art gallery with creator Yoshimizu Kagami's artworks. Sounds like a good place to visit next trip to Japan. 
Maybe I can take a trip there in addition to visiting Washinomiya Shrine this summer. :DScary pics from scary site 4ch. :3

The first pictures is great! The second one is... hmm... Scary Konata, but the rest looks ok.

Haha nice pictures xD but I gotta visit Konata's house this summer then, it will be fun to see the reproduction.
